The reason why your bet transfer was not processed automatically is due to a bug in the official Ether client. We have implemented a workaround to ensure that it will not affect your future bets, but if you are looking for the most reliable way to bet please use Bitcoin instead, as Bitcoin is much more mature and reliable for the time being, and you will not run into such unprocessed bet transfers when using Bitcoins.

If you look at your past betting history you will see that all your bets that failed to confirm (i.e. the status was not set to "Confirmed") were refunded, regardless of the result. This bet is no exception. There is no payout due for bets that were not confirmed as no wager was ever at risk.
