Well IMO it is hard for bitcoin to reach 5 digit price. I think it is possible though but it will be hard maybe about 30% chance for that to happen. Well only time will tell so let's just watch. 
It is possible for the bitcoin to reach 5 figure price in 5 to 10 years. But it depends of the adoption of the coin.
