I opened a ticket on Bittrex asking about the BCR swap...but the answer was:

At this time we are not aware of a swap that is happening on Bittrex. Please have the developer contact with us details.
Thank you,"
What means this?!?
Well, as you see , the wallet is already disabled on bittrex. Perhaps the person that answered you is unaware.
