Why don't they pay bounties to all members? Why do they hold other people's WAVES for no reason? Why did they close the thread when it goes down under 20k sat price and open again when it goes back up over 30k sat? Reasonable questions with no answers.

Why don't they pay bounties to all members? - Fair participants have already received their reward. There are a lot of multi-accounts, the team is doing a great job to sort and recheck each participant. Yes, it takes some time, but I am sorry! Our world is sometimes not fair! Because of the bad guys always are suffering good people.
Why do they hold other people's WAVES for no reason? - There are many people who have decided not to withdraw their wave from ICO account. They have that right. I think most of the participants who have created a request for withdrawal have received their payment.
