Well yes it is important but not really needed to survive. I mean you could go into the woods like those Alaskan people you see on t.v. and maybe those are fake or scripted but real people do that stuff so.

I doubt it,in my opinion money is the most important thing,because if you have them you can do what you want,help you're family,
make homeless people find a job and other thing's like that.
