Just to be clear, I am saying this is a grey area because 100 ETH was confirmed at 3.32

The last 50 ETH was just stuck.. NO WHERE, not confirmed, or anything.

They sent me an email 4 hours later, after 2 events won, and the 3rd in a winning state, that there was a bug and they will be refunding me the last 50 ETH.

I understand what you're saying, and yes, I believe that the bet should be honored considering the circumstances.
