I am new to primedice. I know people in the US cannot deposit coins, however can they withdraw without issues if they win a lot of coins with the faucet earnings ?

Just wondering why primedice keeps telling me I've been paid out for giveaways when I have not been paid. I got paid for 1 out of 3 give aways I entered!! Also taking week to get my tickets answered???
