Can you please add the exchange rate that was applied in case of BTC refunds?

The exchange rate i got was around USD 30/btc , so it does appear he is using the current exchange rates.

So even if there will be a refund in the future, this means Tom screws us more every day we are waiting for a refund. What an asshole.

Well doesn't matter. I don't think there will be too many refunds at all.

You get get more "screwed" if the price goes up. I wonder how many people would complain about not getting the exact number of BTC they paid if the price had gone down since they had ordered. We ordered products priced in USD.

this is true but what we didnt order is for the unfairness of him deciding when its a good time to refund. like i have said all along weither price goes up or down he should use the btc price of a timly manner of his everyones being refunded i.e. 24hours to -weeks not 1-2 months after the fact.
