Noise comes from the fans!
Change the cooling system and that will improve it!
Also:
1. try changing the fans and if not then change the cooling system for something such as water.
2. Putting the miner close to an open window?
3. Or host the miner at a family member's house and find a way to transfer elecricity to them)?
4. Pay for a miner hosting contract from a place like miningsweden.se (if they accept that)
