The soft fork was reversed. I would like to know if the soft fork is possible to lock the "stolen" ethereum.

The soft fork was a no go, as specified by the two posts that you quoted. It is amazing how much denial many Eth bagholders are capable of.
There will not be a soft fork. But the community is discussing about a hard fork and its implementation.
