You might be right. But OP asking us, by playing gambling, not providing the service of gambling house. If the gambling house owners also a gambler, then he might be a richest person in my guessing.

So following your logic - if Bill Gates or Warren Buffet (two richest Americans ATM) declared they like to gamble from time to time, then than would mean they are the 'richest gamblers'?
Sorry, but that is not correct way to thinking. Rich gambler = the one who made his fortune exclusively from his own gambling activities, not house owner, not investor etc.

You are right and Billy Walters does that so I believe that we can be rich in gambling but the big question is how do we do it when we have a limited amount of bankroll and knowledge.
