I got NEM harvesting set up.... But
I just dumped 11k into my account NEM wallet... and there is an error that pulls up that says "Oops! ERROR 700 NIS: HARVESTING INELIGIBLE". Does the delegated harvesting need to be at a certain level for me to start harvesting... and if so is this done automatically or do I need to do something special?

From my understanding harvesting is like Bitcoin's mining process. But you can use your cpu to do so.
