What are "the more legit threads" according to you?

I think that there should be a minimum payment for a thread to belong to the "Services" section. In my opinion paid sign-ups and similar should be placed on micro-earnings (some people suggest games and rounds, but that section should be just for giveaways and contests). I also think signature campaigns, if kept, should have their own board; I know there are not many, but the 1st page of the Services section is usually half sig. campaign threads. I consider those two to be the factors that affect the most the "Services" section.

Regarding "Gambling", how was it before? The only thing I dislike about the section is that most people is not interested in any kind of discussion (I have given my opinion on other people's picks and I rarely receive an answer), but how can you blame them if you have no way to know that you have been quoted? (besides manually checking). Also, if you post more than once in the same page, you run the risk of being called a spammer* (and editing old answers to add new ones... in my opinion that breaks the flow of the conversation).

I have asked this more than once, and I will ask it again with the hope of (finally) getting an answer:
When someone brings back an old thread, how old do you think the last answer should be to report that reply / user? (my rule of thumb is around 3 months, but I would like to hear opinions on that). Regarding this issue, I think inactive threads should be automatically locked (after x weeks / months, allowing only the OP to unlock them).
