This "definition" is too vague. There is hardly a coordinated launch, so which exchanges? Or just the first one to allow trading? If so, do we also accept Yobit and the like?

Lets say, 24 hours after market start on the first exchange the price of 100GIOTA has to be under 0,5 BTC. This bet is precise enough for me.
