so... I can buy BRX without ICO ( https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-BRX ) but I can't withdraw it until ICO ends?... WTF!!! if I can buy in exchange I want to withdraw my coins

NO... as I said I have bought BRX coins without ICO, using normal exchange https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-BRX so bittrex has to let me to withdraw those coins, or at least I think so
