Oil is oil.  Coal is coal.  They pay the same price for energy as everyone else.  The only reason the electricity is so cheap is because they have not concerns at all about fucking up the environment with pollution and in Sweden they don't like fucking up the Earth. 

The entire planet pays a price for that 'cheap' mining in China.  That is for sure.
