Actually paper money is the ultimate anonymous method of payment because there is no trail left after the cash has changed hands while with digital currencies like Bitcoin there will be always hints and traces left online for people to trace back to the original owner. But anyways the degree of anonymity of Bitcoin is not a major concern unless you are making illegitimate deals or something haha.
