If this was sorted that greatly by you, why are you doing your best to cover everything up?
A business operating within morally acceptable borders doesn't push it's customers into signing some wicked NDA (I suspect that's what happened with jason).
Or how can you explain that he is not willing to share details about his settlement when he initially was so open about sharing this situation?
Why does he say "I can't tell more" if not because you made him shut up?
Lutpin, the agreement is with the player and the software provider. This was never a dispute with Betcoin and our player. It was a dispute with our player and the software provider. As far as we are concerned, he can share any specifics that he wants and we never even asked him to sign an agreement with us. We never needed an agreement, a settlement or for him to shut up and encouraged him not to shut up and spoke to him nearly everyday about the matter. This was a dispute with the software provider. We actually want him to speak more about it and say whatever he wants.
If, as you say, the problem lied with Betsoft vs jasonort, then why did you deliberately change the terms of service to act as if jasonort did not meet the requirements to win the jackpot, and
intentionally did not change the "Last updated" date until far after the incident was "resolved"?
We actually didn't realize you have to manually do that in the system. Once we were notified that was changed and now we have been able to change it again. We need to have archived versions that will come on the next system update. Ask the player as we were clear with him from the very beginning. Sometimes he didn't like the pace or speed of things but that is to be expected in a situation like this.
