Limiting the amount they take in is a great idea. Then the markets can allow the masses to join at a reasonable market cap.
Fixed prices are generally a bad thing.
Opinions... not mutually exclusive despite looking such.We found fixed prices with max target more fair and modest.
Laddering, that's just the spirit of the ages. Time based laddering feels ridiculous. Demand based is natural.
This is just only good for insiders. Doesn't seem fair at all. But that just from my perspective. Good luck with the project though
