What is this? I see in previous pages you were not allowing kicked users to re-enroll again. but now you are accepting someone's re-enrollment? do you changed the rules?

Maybe because BossMacko hasn't been kicked out in the campaign before. As far as I can see on the list of members, BossMacko left the campaign and not kicked out by SFR10.
