lets not forget the american miners that MOVED to china
geo location of mines or transactions, (with most coming from mines, exchanges)
has nothing to do with a country or its citizens
if you run a business that can be run anywhere globally,
you would obviously move your location to the one thats suits your business the best to maximise profits
