Do you white list IPs? Mine's red all the time... It's automatically assigned to me. I didn't bother emailing before, because it seems like a waste of everyone's time when I do it... No one wants to (because I'm a 'high threat') or they don't know how to get my IP on a white list.
We don't block connections based on a black/white list, our system detects proxy/vpn connection socks and blocks them. You may be using some kind of VPN/Tunneling connection.
