Nope, Op is not exxagerating. He do pay as long as you reach the minimum payment.

The maximum pay for today is only $4 dollar...It starts to go smaller...Is it still alright to everyone? I think it's alright as long as you are not doing this full time..

I asked op if 4$ limit is only for today or daily.. He said daily... So sad...

I don't know but in every situation like a business cutting it's employee is one factor that the company is out of funds to supply the salary of it's employee, that's how I think the situation of PC for now. Still not sure if this is true, it's just my speculation.

We'll never know, all of this are just speculations, besides, we don't know what he is doing with the captcha that we solve.. It is either he has a lot of tickets to sold now and oversupplied, or probably running out of funds.
