Bought in 2009, currency's rise in value saw small investment turn into enough to buy an apartment in a wealthy area of Oslo

Every time I hear about the guy who bought an apartment for $27, I think of all the people who bough $1 lotto tickets and became multimillionaires.
Inspirational stuff.

We have missed that chance and I do not believe that we are ever going to see the value at $300 ever again, the price has to drop really low for that.
It would be still nice if the price would be that low for one time again so that I can buy.
