If internet will have problems then bitcoin will have problems. Since bitcoin operate online without it the transfer if transaction is a failure. But when internet will go back the bitcoins is still there. But there is only a one in a million chance that it will happen. So there's nothing really to worry about, internet providers cannot afford to lose trillions of dollars due to internet failure.
