Not everytime just when I have an issue. The fee was 60 satoshi per byte and at ~500 bytes that is $.20

I just want somebody to turn btc off and then on again as this is the recommended fix for computer stuff.
I just did a manual add of all the unconfirmed txs displayed on
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/from 51 satoshi and upwards. They were like 1456 txs at the time I did the sum with the calculator. So it shouldn't be an issue at 60 satoshi.
Are you sure there isn't something else going on, like more size, miscalculated fees etc?
The "high priority" / "very soon" of blockchain.info is almost standard response - next to useless.

This was a transaction to me from a 3rd party.
Still unconfirmed after 23 blocks one of which was orphaned. All of those blocks were "full".
Edit: I see that all of their transactions with a size of 255 and 256 bytes are confirmed while those of 502 bytes have not. 502 bytes does not seem so large as to cause a problem. I have emailed them and wait.
