You can see the price with bitcointalk price estimator but the price is not accurate you can sell it cheaper than the estimated price . it's normally happen here at bitcointalk that want to buy or sell acount ,the benefit of buying account is you don't need to wait for long time before you rank up.
But buying accounts really discouraged by furom mods and DT members because it can be root of evil and fool low rank members to do massive scaming, but if peopl no harm and buy and accounts just to get profit well thats very best they can do since ranking up an accoun is not very easy it take time,sweet and many headaches So thats the reason people buy an account at very cheep price.
It all depends on their post quality, sections they used most to post in, their expectations, buyers' expectations and agreement they come up on.
It's cost is not related to the price of bitcoins, because everyone knows how much time they gave for their account to reach at that level.
I think the price flactuation affects the furom account cost as you can see in auction and digital section all high rank accounts now are costly at very cheap price and thats very alarming because frauds can easily buy accounts to used for scamming.
