I can imagin anyting I want. Yes asking someone for id could be so they track and kill or rob him. They have be en valid cases of similar things happening. If someone could go from 130btc to 0btc, why cant someone go from 0.01 btc to 80 btv or more. Why apply the logic on one side only.
Dosnt matter if those scammers pay or not. There are still scammers. People win bigger amounds on betking and jd and I dont har this shit

Yea, it's like when you are playing 2x and you get 27 reds in a row.

They say "you were unlucky".

But if you were betting with double on win, as in, stack your winnings into next bet, and started with just 0.00000010 and got 27 greens.

They would say "Impossible. Exploit!".

Yet the odds, roughly the same. The payout. More than 80BTC.
It's a 1 in ~102,596,558 chance to get 27 reds in a row.
But you don't bet just once, do you? No. You bet multiple times. Hence, more possibilities to lose.

It's a 1 in ~176,059,567 chance to get 27 greens in a row.
But you don't get more than one chance. If you falter on that 49.5% win rate on any of your 27 bets, you lose.

Do you see the difference in odds? More a 70% difference. 70% rarer to get greens than reds.

This is the house edge. This is statistics.

Every single wager you place returns you [statistically] 99% of what you wagered (given this h.e.).
Example:

You bet 1 BTC on 50% twice. You win once and you lose once. You get 0.98 BTC back.
You gained 1.98 BTC on the winning bet, and you lost 1 BTC on the losing bet. You "broke even" but still lost.

Yet the odds, roughly the same. The payout. More than 80BTC.
The odds are not roughly the same. Nowhere near.

Continuing on, the odds for red would only increase as you bet more and more. This is not an opinionated answer. These are raw facts.

Continue your ignorance, or face the fact that you don't understand how "provably fair" works.

Provably fair has nothing do with what you wrote. That's just stats. But then again - odds of losing 28 times are smaller than winning 27 times and you still be saying "unlucky, can happen". The point is, as you said before in one of your posts - "anything that can happen, eventually will". So it happened that guy won 80 BTC. Pay him. If provably fair justifies all strangest losing streaks, it does also justifies all strangest winning streaks. No matter if it's 1 in 100 or 1 in 200.

Plus, there is one more thing - security thing. If anyone's account gets hacked, PD simply says "it's not our problem, security is your issue". And then it admits there are exploits. So it is possible that account got compromised because of PD fault and not player fault. Yet we have no possibility to investigate anything, not to mention refunding. So if PD don't care about players security, players simply don't care about PD security. You have no right to investigate and expect refund just as players have no right to do it. Guy won? Pay him!

The only tool players have is bet verification. Suspicious about losing streak? Verify bets. If verification is positive, that ends the case. So I say the same - you have problem with kekeke's winnings? Verify his bets. No further questions, no further activities. How can we know, if it isn't manipulation? After so many days PD  can come up with any prepared "proofs" about kekeke's "cheating" they want. After all they are the ones who control servers. And they did extensive changes called "maintenance" in last days, so now nobody would be able to get the truth about how things really looked when kekeke was betting and who really cheated - player or maybe quite opposite.
