its quite sad to see really.
Actually, the thing that's sad is when an employee can't fight his own battles/answer simple questions, so he turns to cold emailing everyone who uses his service and begging them to spam his thread with "positive reviews". The REALLY sad thing, though, is when he asks these people to abuse the trust system to try to silence the people asking him questions.
Now why would you want to bury questions instead of answering them? Odd.
