I didn't get it why u can't send the money plz tell me in details is ur account limited or what???
im from egypt and i can't add egyptian bank in paypal and i can't use money from my balance
only i can withdraw money to my visa or i add usa bank
i don't have usa bank and here in egypt we can't use visa in paypal to withdraw money only use it for verify account
so can anyone from another country use visa and withdraw this money
