I think btc rollers are higher, but physical casinos attract more people, because they can give you free champagne or something when you lose. Another reason might be that people don't trust the Internet as much as the physical things as casinos and money in there
I think you right. I think it is a trust issue. Even within the bitcoin community we have trust issues with casinos so imagine none bitcoin users will think and feel about these issues more so than offline casino gamblers. Easier to prove fairness and there are staff you can speak to face to face too.
