That is true. If you think the bitcoin will rise a lot in the future, say in 50 years, then it is good time to buy now.

I am also long term minded, but looking 50 years ahead is not possible/realistic as we don't even know whether or not Bitcoin is still existing by that time.

It depends on your age. But most of the price rise of bitcoin will happen in the next 20 to 30 years.

Well, I am 29 at this point and I'm still not thinking about what will happen in the next 20-30 years as it doesn't make sense to look that far into the future. Of course I surely hope it, but we don't even know if Bitcoin is still the leading digital currency by that time.
