First off dealing with the S.E.C and not being from this country should have a lawyer just some advice. I am 23 and I have a business lawyer on hand that I can call whenever I need to so it doesn't cost me that much. So it isn't a waste of money, it is a good investment or your next trip maybe jail and that my friend is free
