A few "qustions" I would have are:
- did you check your spelling before posting?
- why should anyone accept PayPal (a strongly reversible option of payments) from you? Even more for bitcoin in excange, which are a non-reversible option of payments.
- why do you expect to pay less, when you're the one desiring the exchange? Premiums are usually the other way around. Nobody will sell you for PayPal when you're paying below the spot price.
