I think that one of the next steps would be to make Sis coin tradeable and promote it.  The block chain is moving much too slow, and we need more miners, but at this point, there just isn't much incentive to mine...

Getting someone out there to make a mining pool would probably help out alot. I'd be will to throw some hash at it, but at this stage it's way to complicated to wallet mine.
