I can mining with a one PC wallet at a POS and Masternode method? it be no problems? and if initial money supply 30M at a measternode collateral 300k first time can be only 10k masternodes?
If you are having a single pc you can either stake POS or have a Masternode on it both of them is not working at the same time.
What about masternodes i don't think that lowering to 10K would be beneficial as there would be a lot of masternodes and very few staking wallets. Masternodes here are on the cheap side for ~0.5 BTC one can have a Masternode so i don't think that the collateral should be lowered
