I think steem and waves have a lot better chance to up than ripple.

Ripple is being used by banks? I'm not sure about that. they despises crypto currencies as far as i know as it could destroy banks in the end. do you have anything to back this up?

there would be no issues for WAVES to proceed with the development if ripple had made it to be used by banks so can WAVES too.
