Is this coin can be mined?   Huh Huh  I think 98M is max total supply, and most of them distribute to ICO, and some for bounty and the team.

Initially Stratis will launch with POW Mining, we will be developing our own Proof-of-stake technology. This is due to the Stratis Full Node framework being based on the architecture of Bitcoin 0.12.
About how many coins will be able available to mine?

more 12 million i guess.

The coins generated during the POW phrase will be much lower.
POS will be followed after the POW term ?
