In that case, what does the best share means?
If all shares have the same probability of solving the block why is there a best one ?

Best shares is just to let you know how close you've ever come.
If the network diff is 100billion and your best share is 1 billion then you get to know you've managed to have 1 share that was 1% of the way to solving a block. Knowing best share is both a blessing and a curse.
