Yes, i see the post - not sure when you made the update to the OP - so just want to clarify. but then it says in the quoted comment - July 16, 2016, 02:51:50 PM and during the next 36 hours, that means it was only available until July 19, 2016, 02:51:50 PM? So everyone already missed the swap window? Just kidding.
I think this is where the confusion is. If you made the update to OP just today and intend that it will be available within the next 36 hours then that is fine. Take your time. Those who want to swap can request it manually as you mentioned.
