According to me Gambling and betting involves the Same Risk Because in Gambling you are playing games such as Slots, Blackjack etc and Betting mainly known for Sports betting and in Betting you are bet some amount of money on a event. So Betting and Gambling Having Same Risk.....
For me both are same because some people call it gambling and some betting. In sports betting or on casino games same risk involve. Nobody can say this he will keep him on winning streak with betting or gambling. so that I also will do agree with you.
