Popunders are probably empty and not bought, or did you see ads there live? And even if bought it was probably at a discounted rate as we just can't fill this site at a higher price, even at the discounted rate, buyers aren't coming back due to all the fraud and impressions faking from other publishers. What do you mean by pending? If these are 200x200 or 160x600 adsizes then these have been removed from the network, it shouldn't be possible to even find the old code for them in your dashboard anymore ^ see the post above, or comment back with more info and we'll investigate.
