He did say they would refund if the project didnt move forward. Not they would refund if the target isnt met.

didnt move forward= money lacks, so they can claim they refund us if they lack money(1000BTC not met)

I think these 2 sentences mean same.

But the main issue here is that we dont know what they need to move forward. At one point they said 1000 BTC, they have also stated that they will move forward with the project if they dont get 1000 BTC and that they have enough to pay the devs.
So we dont really know. If the minimum amount needed isnt 1000 BTC, both statements could be true.

That's why that guy "limbaugh" mocked him, PR doesn't keep the same promise. Roll Eyes

I think this unprofessional action may impact investors' decisions.

Of course, it should impact investors decisions. A little critical thinking can save your hard earned BTC.

Hopefully, any potential investors will take the time to research and not blindly throw money at this or any ICO.
