Thankyou for the reply, im using 32 bit wallet for windows and its definitely a 32 bit system, i did originally download from the website you gave me and it has never worked i just keep gettinng that message so im still stuck here :/

i install system 32bit wallet too on pc that is working, maybe you need check your laptop or connection internet. my friends install 32bit and 64bit is working too
