Gambling is only so addicting if you are winning unless you are just gambling for fun. When i am playing poker i don't care how much i lose or i win because poker is my favorite game.

Make it more deeper, why this people use to gambler instead of saving for his family's future? Well of course he thinks he lacks the money to provide them future. This behavior is encourage by being desperate and poor decision that's why they decide to gamble instead of thinking other way to profit more.

Well for me it is better if you are going to put some limitations on it and better to find some other things that is going to give pleasure to you.
