Just show her how bitcoin works better than our local currency with some video or animation explanation. But there will be some disadvantage for allowing womens using bitcoin because the transaction will be anonymous

Well that is going to be easy to teach them how to use bitcoin if you are going to show them some instructional videos from youtube how bitcoin really works. And once they have watched it, it is the right time to make them experience how bitcoin really works for buying things in real life.

If women is desperate in need of money and is looking money for living then only she will be interested in using it and if she is already rich then she will not bother about bitcoins.

If this is the case then you don't need to motivate women to use bitcoin. This need is the mere motivation for them to jump in to bitcoin if you told them they can earn money in Bitcoin. Yes this is the best strategy anyone can use, to show them the bitcoin can meet their financial needs.

Yes but I think its not easy to convince women they will prefer to choose what is comfortable for them, if women shows initiative then there is as chance that they will start using it.

Is is hard make people do the things if they are not aware of it. First of all there should be proper knowledge about bitcoins among women. then it is their choice if they want to be involved in it or not !!!

yes proper knowledge is too much important for women if they are interesting to use it. but i think the first thing is to motivate them about bitcoin. and onthy then they will like to get knowledge about bitcoin for using it or for investment there.

Knowledge is important and computer illiterate if they dont know how to operate computers better to dont teach them how bitcoins works..
Juts look for collage graduate for programming and I.T graduate this is i think most women there they can easy understand about bitcoin..
