Problem seems to be that the Titan website is not reflecting changes in funding. If you click the full address, you see the correct information.
This obviously needs to be rectified. A lot of people will just rely on the green tick and (FULLY FUNDED) instead of checking the full address. Not best practice of course, but it happens. I've done it myself.
