No one really wants to exchange in paypal with the risk involve up to 6 months down the road. This why I charge such a high rate on first time.

The way i'm using paypal its impossibly to chargeback so nobody gives a f.
And there are quite alot of people looking to exchange there btc to paypal actually.
It just most of them wont trust ya, but its fine i found 10% exchanger from my main forum.
