Bitcoin is albeit better than our average FIAT currencies.

• Bitcoin is anonymous, more productive, easily regulated, peer to peer and best of all, it is based on mathematical calculations which no one can manipulate ever. On the other hand FIAT is a centralized currency regulated under government's whims.

• It does not depend on the actual market price but what percentage of it is being regulated throughout the world and how much volume of it is in the active phase. If you own 1 BTC, think of it this way: You own 1 BTC out of 21 Million Bitcoins. And that feels significantly special.
