Why do not you try posting in the Romanian sub-section? I think you will have more luck there. User BombaUcigasa is Romanian and seems very active in their local board, you might want to talk with him (I am not sure if he himself would apply for the position, but he could help you to find someone); or, if you get him to reply, Cyrus is Romanian, too.
